Alongside cocktails like Of Mice and Mycelium and Dracula Rosso, The Everlasting Ink menu features Odyssey, a signature cocktail celebrating Homer’s epic tale, mixed with Don Julio Reposado, Ancho Reyes, Supa Sour, Grapefruit and Smoked Salt. The literary experience continues with the bar’s 100 Years of Cocktails bookcase, lined with beautifully bound books spanning the decades.
