Bradley Hall, the region’s largest independent commercial and residential property firm, has announced the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a time of significant growth for the firm.
Sharon Boyd joins the board of directors and will lead several strategic aspects of the business, including systems, processes, technology and people. The appointment marks a pivotal moment of tactical growth, following the firm’s doubling of both turnover and staff count, with ambitious plans for continued expansion.
Sharon joins after seven years as CEO of a leading local law firm, where she successfully oversaw significant operational growth during her tenure.

The appointment aligns with significant investment into Bradley Hall’s new website and brand identity across the group and all of its services including; commercial agency, estate agency, building surveying, commercial property management, planning, mortgages, valuation and lease advisory, residential lettings and property management and land, development and new homes.
Since its new board was appointed in 2015, the firm has expanded operations across Newcastle city centre, Durham, Gosforth, Leeds, Sunderland, Alnwick, Tees Valley, Birmingham and Manchester – while adopting a model that gives its ambitious and entrepreneurial team members the opportunity to become shareholder directors.
Sharon joins the board of directors alongside CEO Neil Hart, Group Managing Directors Richard Rafique and Peter Bartley, Group Finance Director Paul Czerepok and Group Marketing Director Cassie Moyse.
