Full-service property experts, Bradley Hall, has announced an abundance of new appointments across the firm to support demand and underpin its ongoing growth.


Bradley Hall has taken on eight new members of staff to support the firm’s residential agency, accounts, valuation and lease advisory, and administration services across the company’s nine offices.

The property firm has been operating in the North for over 30 years and has ambitious growth plans to double its headcount to a total of 120 member of staff. The company’s growth plans extend across the North East, Yorkshire, and throughout Teesside, with offices in prominent locations such as Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, and Tees Valley.

Richard Rafique managing director – commercial at Bradley Hall said: “I am delighted to be able to welcome our new starters to the team, and to be investing in the future of the property industry, while also taking great steps in the growth of Bradley Hall.

We are employing across all levels within the business and are keen to provide training, support, and the opportunity for a great deal of career progression to get more ambitious members of staff to join our teams.

“Over the next three to five years we have many ambitious growth plans that will take Bradley Hall to the next level. We have expanded our team in Leeds, with further plans to grow all of our services across Yorkshire, and Manchester. In Tees Valley we are hoping to expand our team and our services across the region, while also looking for other areas where we can offer our property services, while becoming the first choice for both member of the public, organisations of all sizes and local authorities.”

Graeme Scott, senior accounts assistant said: “I started at Bradley Hall’s Newcastle office as a member of the accounts team in November and was met with a very warm welcome.

“As senior accounts assistant I am able to work closely with a wide variety of members of the property management team, as well as the clients of property portfolios that they manage. Due to the nature of this role, no day is the same and I am thoroughly enjoying the variety of the position so far.”

Ria Welsh, property executive said: “Having worked within property for the last two years, starting at Bradley Hall at this exciting time of growth seemed like a brilliant opportunity.

“I am thrilled to have been offered the opportunity to work with the Gosforth office to support the expansion of one of the most active agencies in the region.”
