Wynyard Hall opens its doors for a rare Easter weekend stay
Wynyard Hall is giving guests the opportunity to experience a rare overnight stay at the Hall, with a one-night or two-night escape available across Easter weekend.

Wynyard Hall is giving guests the opportunity to experience a rare overnight stay at the Hall, with a one-night or two-night escape available across Easter weekend.

Usually reserved for weddings, celebrations and private occasions, the Hall’s bedrooms are rarely available to book. For Easter weekend, however, guests will have the chance to stay in the Hall itself and enjoy the wider estate at a more relaxed pace.

The main overnight experience takes place on Saturday 4 April 2026, when guests will check into one of the Hall’s bedrooms before spending the afternoon at their own pace. The stay includes time to explore the gardens, along with cake and a hot drink in the café, followed by dinner in The Wellington Restaurant served with a bottle of house wine.

On Easter Sunday, the experience continues with a Prosecco afternoon tea in the Hall and a late check-out, offering a more relaxed end to the weekend.

For those looking to make more of the break, Wynyard Hall is also offering the option to arrive a day early. Guests who choose the two-night stay can check in on Friday 3 April 2026 and begin the weekend with a three-course dinner in the estate’s glasshouse restaurant, followed by breakfast the next morning.

The Easter package is a unique opportunity to enjoy the Hall as an overnight guest, rather than as part of a larger celebration, and offers a slower, more intimate way to experience the estate’s best-loved elements over the bank holiday weekend.

Kelly Moorby, Operations Director at Wynyard Hall said: “Wynyard Hall is most often enjoyed as the setting for weddings, celebrations and private events, so opportunities to stay overnight in the Hall are very limited. So, this Easter weekend stay offers something quite special. It gives guests the chance to experience Wynyard Hall in a more personal way, with time to enjoy the surroundings, the food and the atmosphere of the estate across the weekend.”

Prices for the one-night stay on Saturday 4 April start at £469 per couple for a Country Classic Bedroom, rising to £499 for a Superior Bedroom and £529 for an Executive Bedroom.

The two-night stay, covering Friday 3 and Saturday 4 April, starts at £754 per couple for a Country Classic Bedroom, with Superior Bedrooms priced at £814 and Executive Bedrooms at £874 per couple.

To book a one or two-night Easter stay, contact the Reception team on 01740 644811.
