Miller Homes one of the UK’s leading homebuilders, has appointed Jason Newton as its new Regional Managing Director for the North West.


Jason takes over the role as the business continues to expand across the region with new communities across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, and Lancashire.

Based at the North West team’s headquarters at Birchwood Park in Warrington, Jason brings a wealth of experience with more than 20  years in senior management within  the housebuilding industry. He most recently served as Managing Director of Redrow Homes North West, where he led the division for over five years. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade with Redrow and Barratt Developments in senior sales and marketing leadership roles.

Commenting on the appointment, Stewart Lynes, Chief Executive Officer at Miller Homes, commented: “Jason has an outstanding track record in the sector and a deep understanding of the North West market. His leadership and experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our presence and deliver high-quality new homes across the region.”

Jason’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Miller Homes in the North West. The business has more than 5 active developments in the region, including flagship sites such as Thorley Glade in Timperley, Dial House and Rookery Place in Rainford, Church View in Coppull and Lunts Heath Rise in Widnes, alongside a strong pipeline of upcoming developments.

Following Miller Homes’ recent acquisition of St. Modwen Homes, the North West team will also manage two of the newly acquired sites, with an additional development due to launch in March 2026.
