A LUXURY property, lifestyle and business magazine has launched its inaugural Yorkshire edition.
Issue one of Portfolio North Yorkshire was officially unveiled at the launch event for Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire operation and new Leeds city centre branch at Leeds’ Manahatta, attended by business leaders from across the region.
Established in the North East in 2017, Portfolio North is one of the region’s most successful titles of its kind, reaching over 35,000 people every two months through its bi-monthly magazine and online platform (http://portfolionorth.co.uk)/
Providing content that informs, educates and entertains readers with a variety of expert industry advice articles, news and eye-catching lifestyle features, the publication is headed up by co-owner, director and editor Cassie Moyse, who will oversee the expansion into Yorkshire alongside her dedicated team of journalists and marketeers.
The expansion into Yorkshire has been supported by Portfolio’s key corporate partners Bradley Hall, Dakota Hotels, UNW LLP, Building Design Northern, The Social Co Academy and The Inn Collection Group, who have all thrown their backing behind the new product.
Cassie said: “After 17 editions in the North East, we are delighted to see Portfolio North continuing to go from strength-to-strength with the launch of our latest magazine celebrating the very best of Yorkshire business, lifestyle and property.
“Over the past five years, it’s been fantastic seeing the publication grow from a stand-alone print product into a bi-monthly magazine and website read by tens of thousands of people every month and we’re looking forward to writing the next chapter of our journey as we continue expanding our presence across the North of England.
“The magazine was initially launched to serve Bradley Hall but after much support and partners coming on board we decided to relaunch the publication as its own business a year ago. It is now a standalone viable organisation with its own brand, platforms and clients and I am absolutely delighted with how it is growing and progressing. I am hearing a lot of great feedback from clients and a lot of successful client and project acquisitions from my advertisers which is what makes it all worth it.
“This year we’ve expanded from three publications a year to six in the North East, created our first Yorkshire publication, launched the website and social media platforms, developed the Portfolio North Wine club, created a new look and layout and have other exciting developments in the pipeline – so I am looking forward to 2023 and to more moves and opportunities for Portfolio North across the North East and Yorkshire.”
