Bradley Hall, which has been established in the North East for 34 years and recently launched its Leeds operation two years ago, has experienced significant expansion under the leadership of director David Cran.
The firm has also welcomed several new team members including eight property experts, with two graduates lined up to join the team before the summer. The firm also has plans to create multiple other job opportunities within the next year to meet growing client demand across Yorkshire from its Leeds base.
David said: “We’ve experienced rapid growth in client demand and the subsequent team and turnover incline since our launch only two years ago. Despite the obvious challenges presented by the pandemic, we have thrived and been incredibly busy delivering the high level of service which Bradley Hall is known for.
“Our strategy for this year includes some significant milestones which we are incredibly excited about. We are looking forward to continuing to build our connections, relationships and clients with Leeds and Yorkshire based businesses – as well as growing our commercial agency, valuation and building surveying services specifically.”
The firm is a trusted partner of a variety of bank panels, being approved and appointed to work with Barclays Bank Plc., Lloyds Bank Plc, Yorkshire Bank and OneSavings Bank.
