The annual Great Place to Work survey has named organisational health consultancy, Q5, as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the medium sized business category.
The prestigious UK’s Best Workplace rankings are devised from an annual confidential survey of almost a quarter of a million employees across the UK and recognises workplaces who are leading the way in culture, employee experience, trust, company values and the effectiveness of their leaders.
Q5, experts in organisational health, have ranked 35th in the annual rankings within the medium sized business category, with 95% of employees saying it’s a great place to work, compared to the average UK based company where just 54% say the same.
The company was also commended on their safe and welcoming environment, along with collaborative culture and high level of responsibility and trust awarded to their employees.
Olly Purnell, Founder and Managing Partner of Q5 had to say, “our company’s success is entirely dependent on having brilliantly talented people, who are happy, motivated and engaged in their work.
For me, it’s all about building a community of care, contribution and creativity around our Q5 colleagues. We don’t always get it right, but we continuously strive to do our best. So, I’m chuffed that Q5 has achieved excellent ratings in Great Place to Work, in our UK, US and Australian offices. We’re really proud of this.”
