Commercial Agency Surveyor, Lucy Mouter, has been named as one of the top dealmakers for commercial lettings in Newcastle in the year to date.
Lucy, who works at Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors, completed 5 deals in the first five months of 2025, transacting a number of office and retail spaces and earning second place on the EG Radius rankings. She also completed an additional two occupational sales, converting additional commercial space across the North East.
Lucy, who joined Bradley Hall in 2022, has also let all of the basement units at city centre office site Generator Studios, providing modern, accessible office space for multiple small businesses.
