Northern property firm Bradley Hall has appointed Paul Andrew as head of office at its Leeds operation to bolster growth across Leeds, Yorkshire and the North West.
Paul, who is a RICS Registered Valuer, joins the firm with over 25 years of experience in the commercial property sector and will oversee its various departments including; valuations, lease advisory, commercial agency, development property management and building surveying.
Bradley Hall launched its Leeds office in 2020 after almost 30 years of operating and growth across the North East. The award-winning agency, which has been hailed as EG’s dealmakers of the year, supports a wide range of clients from independent businesses to large corporations including Local Authorities, housebuilders, investors and commercial developers.
The full-service firm has offices in Northumberland, Newcastle, Sunderland, Leeds, and Tees Valley.

Bradley Hall recently completed the sale of land in Cookridge which is set to become nine two bedroom apartments and retail space. The team have also recently brought to market studio apartments in Leigh, Greater Manchester.
