The team at The Old Coach House B&B at North Stainley near Ripon were delighted to have been shortlisted for the Yorkshire Post Tourism Awards’ best B&B for 2023.
Hosted at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, the glitzy black-tie event compered by Virgin Radio host Rich Williams, celebrated all of the wonderful tourism and hospitality businesses that make God’s Own County such an attractive destination for people from all over the world. From fine dining to doggie hospitality, sustainability to accessibility, the awards covered everything that the discerning traveller might look for, and it’s clear that we have an abundance of quality establishments offering amazing service, and a passionate allegiance to our region which feels unique to Yorkshire.
It has been a challenging few years for tourism and hospitality in the region, but the event proved the resilience and enthusiasm of the tourism sector, and it was an excellent opportunity to showcase what our great Hospitality businesses do well.
