Miller Homes North West has submitted a planning application for a new residential development in Davenham, bringing forward proposals for 62 new homes in the sought-after Cheshire village.

Located on land off Jack Lane, on the edge of Davenham village, the scheme would comprise 43 open market homes and 19 affordable homes, with affordable housing accounting for 31% of the overall development. The proposed mix includes one-bedroom apartments, alongside two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Davenham is situated approximately eight miles east of Chester and forms part of Cheshire’s well-connected network of towns and villages. The location benefits from easy access to nearby centres including Northwich, Middlewich and Winsford, while retaining its own strong community feel, local amenities and village character.

The plans have been carefully designed to create a high-quality residential development that complements the surrounding area while providing much-needed new homes for local residents and those looking to move into the village.
