Hodgson Sayers – Diane Paragram, Philip Alison, Gary Bottomley, contract mangaers, Audrey Gowland, co-ordinator/administrator, Jennifer Graham, purchase ledger clerk, Sarah Callun and Lynn Nevins, administrator

Hodgson Sayers has made a raft of new appointments across the business.

Diane Pagram, Philip Alison and Gary Bottomley join as contract managers, Audrey Gowland has been appointed as contract co-ordinator/administrator, Jennifer Graham joins as purchase ledger clerk and Sarah Callun and Lynn Nevins as administrators.

The business, which is headquartered in Stanley, County Durham and has a base in Nottingham, has around 100 staff.


Bonded Agency – Siobhan Byre,  senior management team

Bonded has appointed Siobhan Byrne to their Senior Management Team, as the digital and media agency expands into owned media.

Siobhan joins from global network agency Dentsu, bringing over a decade of agency and product experience to the fast growing Bonded business.

Commenting on the appointment, Steve Underwood said: “I’m so pleased to welcome Siobhan to the Bonded Senior Management Team. Siobhan is a great leader, technically strong and a great communicator.

The appointment comes as Bonded builds on its paid search, paid social and ATL media offering by expanding into organic search. Siobhan will be responsible for developing the organic search and content proposition from Bonded’s office in Newcastle Upon Tyne.


Womble Bond Dickinson – Victoria Procter, legal director

Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has bolstered its restructuring proposition with the appointment of Victoria Procter, who will serve as a legal director, working in WBD’s Leeds office.

Victoria joins the team after spending over 12 years at Eversheds, specialising in all non-contentious aspects of restructuring work for banks, accountants, corporate clients and other stakeholders on all aspects of distressed lending, restructuring and corporate insolvency.

Victoria has significant experience in finance and corporate sectors and more recently, dealing with failed domestic energy suppliers, which complements WBD’s credentials in this sector.

Victoria is well connected in the local and national restructuring markets with Insolvency Practitioners, lenders and other key stakeholders. Her recruitment strengthens the WBD restructuring team on both a local and national basis and will help the team continue to win mandates on high profile matters.

Victoria said: “I am delighted to join the WBD restructuring team in Leeds. My varied experience will enable me to play an instrumental role within the team, supporting the firm’s existing excellent client base and their wider plans for growth in the restructuring market.”
