This October, award-winning five-star hotel Seaham Hall is inviting guests to experience an evening of relaxed dining and exceptional wine at an exclusive Spanish Wine Dinner.

Taking place on Friday 30th October, guests can expect an unforgettable evening that celebrates the rich flavours, character and craftsmanship of Spain.

The dinner will begin at 7pm where guests will gather in The Dining Room to enjoy a curated selection of Spanish snacks and light bites before sitting down to enjoy a sumptuous three-course menu. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with an impeccable Spanish wine, creating a considered journey through the flavours and regions of Spain.

Guests will enjoy a variety of Spanish dishes throughout the evening including Bacalao Pil Pil Pintxos and Croquetteas Con Jamon e Manchego to start, followed by steamed salt cod paired with parsley and Txakoli wine and dry aged Cumbrian black angus beef with onion and garlic condiment. To finish, diners will enjoy a delicious burnt basque cheesecake.
