An award-winning housebuilder has offered prospective buyers a first-look inside a major £10m development in County Durham.

Currently, it is overseeing a string of developments including the company’s biggest to date – the 198-home Middleton Waters site in Middleton St George – while Woodberry Park has been made possible thanks to Next Level Developments, which is Karbon Homes’ Joint Venture funding arm.

Each development forms part of a £100m commitment to housebuilding in the North East over the coming years, helping towards the Government’s target to create over 12,000 new homes in the region annually.
