The Banksia bar and restaurant, one of Leeds’ hottest new summer openings, has debuted its brand-new lunchtime menu – The Banksia Lunch Club.
Perfect for corporate lunch bookings or a midweek treat, the new Banksia Lunch Club provides great value and big flavours.
Guests dining between 12pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday, can make the most of two courses for £22 or three courses for just £27.
From bold small plates to flavour-packed mains, the Banksia Lunch Club is full of surprises. Starters tease the taste buds with vibrant Mediterranean ingredients, such as crispy squid with za’atar or beetroot tarator with a tangy hit of feta.
Main courses take you on a journey across the Med, with options like slow-cooked lamb tagine, beautifully grilled market fish in spiced butter, and the Banksia’s signature salad bursting with fresh, seasonal produce. For those craving something handheld and hearty, wraps and burgers bring bold combinations of spice, char and creamy toppings that are perfect for a satisfying midday bite.
And because no great lunch should end without a little indulgence, guests can choose from zesty citrus cheesecake, sticky karidopita (a traditional Greek walnut cake), or a refined selection of Mediterranean cheeses served with crackers and chutney.
Craig Rogan, Head Chef at The Banksia, commented: “I’m a true believer in the fact that lunch should never be boring, and we wanted to give people the opportunity to enjoy something a bit different on those midweek lunches that delivered some big flavours. The Banksia Lunch Club menu has been curated with some of our most-loved dishes since opening, and provides a range of choices across meat, fish and vegetarian options, to make sure there’s a choice for everyone.”
