Grantley Hall, one of the leading luxury hotels in the UK, has recently announced the opening of its new Nordic Spa Garden, featuring state-of-the-art ice baths and an outdoor steam sauna.  

The Nordic Spa Garden features two bespoke ice baths from industry-leading ice bath brand, Brass Monkey, that are designed to provide a refreshing and invigorating experience with temperatures as low as low 0°c. The ice-cold water helps to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and boost the immune system. Residents and day spa guests of Grantley Hall can now experience the health benefits of cold-water immersion therapy in a serene and tranquil countryside setting.   

The bespoke outdoor steam sauna, on the other hand, boasts scenic views of the grounds and outdoor hydrotherapy pool. The warmth of the sauna purifies and brightens your skin and has many health benefits, such as easing muscle or joint pain, reducing stress and improving cardiovascular health and breathing difficulties.  

The new space has been designed to provide guests with a unique and authentic spa experience, complete with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and offers the perfect place to unwind and de-stress, regardless of the time of year.
