The commercial agency department at Bradley Hall’s Leeds office is celebrating a successful period, with over £1.3 million of sales and lettings properties listed to the market in just three months.
The department, led by Agency Surveyor Henry Bowers and Head of Office Paul Andrew, was recently launched to support commercial clients across North and West Yorkshire with sales, lettings and acquisitions.
Since its launch, the department has been instructed on a number of key properties including large industrial units, city centre office spaces and development opportunities, with the value of properties currently on the market totalling over £1million in sales properties and £300,000 in annual rents.
Henry Bowers, Agency Surveyor at Bradley Hall Leeds, commented on the milestone: “Since joining the Leeds office in September, I have been instructed by a number of landlords across Yorkshire to aid in selling or leasing their commercial sites, with the value of sales properties totalling £1million and lettings totalling over £300,000 in annual rents.
“This is a fantastic milestone for the Commercial Agency department, which has been launched to support clients across the region with additional services.

The department is marketing a series of key commercial properties including warehouse premises at Willow Lane in Huddersfield, industrial units in Bradford and office suites to let in Leeds City Centre at One City West, a popular office building close to Elland Road.
As well as marketing commercial properties, the department provides lease renewal, acquisition and tenancy advice services, and works closely with the firm’s Valuations department to support clients throughout a property journey. Henry has supported clients with advice on redevelopment opportunities and strategic acquisition.
