This September, The Botanist Gin has teamed up with Fenwick Newcastle to launch an alfresco cocktail terrace running until September 18th. Guests are invited to unwind and celebrate the end of summer in style at Roof Thirty Nine enjoying a host of seasonal and wild The Botanist Gin cocktails including: The Botanist Gin Bubbles, with The Botanist Gin, Passoa, Prosecco, Lemonade and passion fruit, The Botanist Gin Bramble with The Botanist Gin, Crème de Mure, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Blackberries, The Wild Garden with The Botanist Gin, Elderflower Liqueur and Pressed Apple Juice, alongside a classic The Botanist G&T.

Created on the stunning west coast of Scotland on the Isle of Islay, The Botanist Gin, is slowly distilled and hand-crafted using 22 foraged island botanicals. The result is a gin that speaks of the locality and seasonality of Islay.

A place to enjoy fresh air, seasonal food and fantastic cocktails, Roof Thirty Nine celebrates the very best of British summertime, from fragrant herbs, flowers, and a charcoal-fired menu to bespoke cocktails muddled with our homegrown botanicals.

Enjoy the very finest ingredients – will you go for the Salt Aged Sirloin for Two with Duck Fat Potatoes, Peppercorn Sauce & Watercress or the Charcoal Roasted Spring Chicken with Wild Mushrooms and Tarragon? Or perhaps, you’re tempted by the Grilled Asparagus with Herb Emulsion & Lemon.
