Wynyard Park has confirmed that premium grooming brand Head Quarters (HQ) Barbers is set to open a new location at Roseberry Place, further strengthening the estate’s growing mix of high-quality, community-focused amenities.
Scheduled to open in Spring 2026, the new barbershop marks a significant milestone for both the brand and the development. It represents HQ’s sixth North East location and its first within a luxury residential village setting.
Founded in 2021, Head Quarters Barbers has built a following by ditching the traditional “walk-in and wait” model. Instead, HQ offers a tech-led, appointment-only service via a dedicated app, ensuring a seamless, queue-free experience.
The Wynyard Park site will feature the brand’s signature high-spec interiors, complimentary refreshments and a relaxed, club-like atmosphere. The expansion will also create new local jobs, contributing to the 30+ permanent roles Roseberry Place is set to bring to the region.

The deal was overseen by Bradley Hall, the property consultancy firm appointed to lead the commercial lettings for the Roseberry Place development.
