National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has announced the promotion of Paul Andrew to Director of its Yorkshire operation.

Paul, who joined Bradley Hall in 2024, previously held the role of Head of Office and has now joined the firm’s national business model that supports property professionals to lead offices locally while supported by a central team for consistent quality and insight.

Paul’s promotion comes during a period of significant growth and expansion for the full-service property firm, with several staff members recently joining the nationwide expansion model in locations including Manchester, Oxfordshire and Birmingham.

Paul leads a team of RICS Registered Valuers, Chartered Surveyors and Valuation Administrators, providing key services including Valuations, Commercial Agency and Property Management to clients across Yorkshire.

Last year, Bradley Hall’s Leeds and Manchester offices reported over 60% growth in billings, following the appointment to a number of national bank panels, including HSBC, Cooperative Bank and NatWest.

The Yorkshire office has also worked closely with a number of businesses and community events including Yorkshire Building Society, The Federation of Small Businesses, Wetherby Beer Festival and Otley Run to host networking events and sponsor local community initiatives.
