North East HR Consultancy, Inspired HR & Inspired Minds, is excited to announce that Jamie Pell will be joining the team as Head of Client Relationships.

Jamie is a familiar face across the North East business community, having most recently served as Managing Director at AM Training and Head of Client Relationships at AM Recruitment.

He joins Inspired HR at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth following an impressive 77% annual increase. Jamie brings with him a proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships and customer success, along with a shared commitment to shaping inclusive and forward-thinking workplaces.

As head of client relationships, he will take the lead on developing and strengthening client partnerships, driving business growth, enhancing customer experience and overseeing marketing activity.

Both Jamie and Inspired HR Founder and CEO, Nikki Masterman, bring lived experience of ADHD, making them powerful advocates for neurodiversity in the workplace. Their combined direction underscores Inspired HR’s mission to not only deliver best-in-class HR support but also to champion the benefits of embracing neurodivergent talent.
