CO4CH launches Finance 4 Founders community with flagship funding programme at its core

Newcastle-based finance start-up CO4CH today launches its free Finance 4 Founders (F4F) community, which provides structured financial support to founders at each stage of their business journey.

The community brings together peer support, practical financial insight and pathway programmes designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs become investment-ready.

The launch will effectively introduce Cohort 1 of the Fund programme, featuring live sessions that take members through a structured curriculum focused on the process of raising capital.

Participants will develop the skills needed to raise external funding by building financial models, understanding the investor landscape, and preparing for due diligence.

Delivered on a cohort basis three times per year, the Fund programme forms a core part of CO4CH’s signature Start | Fund | Scale system.

Beth Crosier, founder of CO4CH, said: “Finance 4 Founders builds on our existing pro bono work, extending support to founders navigating finance and fundraising without access to the necessary means or expertise.

“The number one challenge we hear from founders is a lack of financial literacy, which often acts as a barrier to growth, confidence and investment readiness.

We believe financial knowledge and education shouldn’t be gatekept. Capital should not depend on who you know, where you’re based or whether you speak the same language as investors.

“This is about helping founders take back control. If we can give them the confidence, knowledge and community to navigate finance and fundraising on their own terms, we change the game.”

Members have access to a curated library of resources and ready-to-use templates designed to strengthen financial understanding and support strategic decision-making.

The community also includes dedicated spaces for founders to connect, share experiences and learn from others who have navigated similar challenges, including those actively raising capital.

Alongside this, the community will host regular monthly Money Masterclasses spanning the Start, Fund and Scale stages of business, complemented by spotlights where founders and investors share real-world insights.

In the run-up to launch, CO4CH has tested and refined its community content exclusively with founders via CO4CH’s masterclass deliveries, ensuring everything included in Finance 4 Founders is grounded in real founder needs and practical application. Founders can join F4F here.

The launch comes at a time when access to funding remains a significant challenge. Women received less than 2% of total venture capital investment in 2023, according to MPs.

Founded in 2025, CO4CH provides financial modelling, fundraising guidance and fractional CFO services to early-stage and scaling businesses.
