National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has appointed Jessica Brennan as Graduate Valuation Surveyor in its Leeds office, as part of a strategic graduate recruitment scheme for 2026.
Jessica, who joined Bradley Hall’s Leeds office in March, will support the team to organise, attend and deliver RICS Red Book Valuations for private clients and panel lenders across Yorkshire and the North West while working towards her APC qualification.
Jessica completed a BSc in Real Estate and Property Management at Leeds Beckett University in 2024 and has gained experience in a number of property firms before joining Bradley Hall as part of a national graduate recruitment drive, which will see five new Graduates join Bradley Hall’s network of offices in the coming months.
Paul Andrew, Equity Director at Bradley Hall Yorkshire, commented on Jessica’s appointment: “We have seen a significant increase in demand for our valuation services via the lender panels and from private clients. Jessica’s appointment will allow us to support further clients efficiently and effectively, while providing a nurturing workspace for Jessica to gain valuable experience and work towards her APC.”
Jessica’s appointment comes during a period of expansion across Bradley Hall’s offices, with four additional Graduates joining the firm in the coming months across Valuation, Commercial Agency and Property Management departments.
Jessica Brennan, Graduate Valuation Surveyor, commented on her new role: “I am pleased to be joining Bradley Hall during an exciting period of growth and expansion.
“Following my degree in Real Estate and Property Management, I was keen to work for an established firm that would provide mentoring and support through my APC journey and beyond, and I am looking forward to developing my property career with Paul and the team in Leeds, and across the firm’s offices.”
Bradley Hall has 11 offices across the UK and supports Graduates each year to complete and pass their APC qualifications, allowing them to become Chartered Surveyors and Building Surveyors. Through a comprehensive mentoring and training programme, the firm’s Graduates develop skills in their home department as well as through training and CPD sessions with other departments, ensuring they can provide full-service support to clients across the UK.
Richard Rafique, Group Managing Director, added: “Each year, we welcome placement students, work experience students and Graduates to positions across our offices. Our Valuations department has grown exponentially over the last 18 months, employing more than 40 members of staff across the business.
“Jessica’s appointment is a reflection of the demand for RICS Red Book Valuations across the business, as well as our commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent, and ensuring they gain valuable experience working in a busy full-service national practice.”
Founded in 1988, the firm employs almost 100 members of staff across 11 national offices and provides end-to-end property support across a range of departments including Building Surveying, Commercial Agency, Estate Agency, Residential lettings, Property Management, Block Management, Lease Advisory, Land & Development and Valuations.
