Bradley Hall, the region’s largest full service property firm, has unveiled its refreshed residential estate agency brand identity, a new look which reflects the company’s continued growth, modern approach and unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in selling homes.

With over 35 years of success and trusted service throughout the region, Bradley Hall has long been recognised for its unique blend of local knowledge, traditional values, and forward-thinking strategy. The rebrand marks the latest evolution in the company’s journey, combining a new aesthetic with a sharp focus on the client experience.

“This is more than just a new logo or colour palette,” said Cassie Moyse, Marketing Director at Bradley Hall. “Our updated identity reflects who we are today and where we’re headed. It pays tribute to our heritage while aligning with the innovation and ambition that drive us forward.

“As the business grows, we identified an opportunity to ensure our residential offering stands out from our corporate brand. It has been designed for the general public, is warm, inviting and has been developed to catch our client’s attention as well as the all-important buyers.

“We are dedicated to delivering advanced property marketing and a premium service to all of our clients. With items such as professional photography, an established network of active buyers, strategically placed offices on the region’s busiest high streets, a brand new and sophisticated website, an unrivalled digital presence and print marketing campaigns driven by data as well as a team of local experts, we leave no stone unturned when selling our client’s homes.”

The new residential branding incorporates a confident design language that mirrors the firm’s expert and personal approach to property, while maintaining the integrity and trust that have become synonymous with the Bradley Hall name.

A key objective of the rebrand is to reinforce Bradley Hall’s commitment to providing clients with exceptional, personalised service. Sellers and buyers alike will benefit from premium marketing solutions, bespoke strategies, and access to an exclusive database of potential buyers.

“Our focus has always been on people,” continued Peter Bartley, Group Director at the firm. “This brand refresh allows us to serve our clients with clearer messaging, sharper marketing, and a stronger foundation for results.”

As part of the rebrand, Bradley Hall has refined its marketing approach to provide even greater visibility for the homes it represents. This includes professional photography and videography, high-impact social media campaigns, and prominent placement in Portfolio North – the firm’s widely distributed regional magazine.

Bradley Hall’s in-house local property experts and brand marketing team are supported by a unified, powerful brand to support their efforts in making every listing stand out both online and on the high street.

The refreshed identity reinforces Bradley Hall’s core principles of Heritage & Expertise, with over three decades of regional property knowledge and success, Customer Commitment, a people-first philosophy driving every decision, and Results-Driven Excellence, a proven track record of delivering faster sales and better outcomes.

Whether buying, selling, or investing, Bradley Hall’s clients can expect a seamless, rewarding property experience backed by strategic insight, personal service, and a passion for results.

“We’re incredibly proud of where we’ve come from – and even more excited about what’s ahead,” added Peter Bartley. “Our new residential brand reflects our evolution while staying true to the values our clients trust.”

Bradley Hall operates residential and general practice offices across Sunderland, Tees Valley, Durham, Gosforth and Northumberland, with commercial offices in Leeds and head office on Newcastle’s Grey Street. The firm has recently launched commercial operations in Manchester and general practice offices in Cumbria, with a South East office following soon.
