National property consultancy Bradley Hall has appointed experienced property professional Rish Rahane as Senior Block & Estate Property Manager, further strengthening its growing national property management and asset management capability.
Rish’s appointment also marks the launch of the firm’s new Residential Block and Estate Management department as they expand their service offering to developers, freeholders and resident management companies across the region.
Rish joins Bradley Hall following six years in London as a specialist Property Manager and will play a key role in the firm’s expanding Residential Block and Estate Management service.
Bradley Hall’s growth has been driven by continued investment in people, technology and national expansion, alongside a clear focus on delivering integrated advice across the full property lifecycle. Its teams provide expertise across commercial agency, property and asset management, RICS valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, building surveying, auctions, residential agency, and block and estate management.
Rish’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued growth in professional property management services, with an increased focus on delivering consistent, high-quality management across residential and mixed-use assets. The service encompasses day-to-day management, statutory compliance, planned maintenance, service charge financial management and stakeholder engagement across developments.
In his new role, Rish will support landlords, freeholders and residents across Bradley Hall’s growing managed portfolio, helping oversee the management of apartment blocks, housing estates and mixed-use developments. His responsibilities will include service charge management, maintenance coordination, repair programmes, compliance oversight and support with the management of communal spaces and estate infrastructure.
Rish graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 with a degree in Business with Financial Management, before completing an MSc in Property Management & Investment at De Montfort University. In his previous role in London, he managed a portfolio of more than 1,200 high-end residential units, including both residential and mixed-use developments.
Rish Rahane commented: “Joining Bradley Hall at this stage of its growth is a really exciting opportunity. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering expert advice across a wide range of property services, and I’m looking forward to helping grow the property management offering further.
“Effective block and estate management is built on consistency, attention to detail, and clear, transparent communication with residents. I’m looking forward to building on that at Bradley Hall and helping to further strengthen a service that clients and residents can have real confidence in. Additionally, working closely with colleagues across Valuations, Building Surveying and Asset Management will allow us to offer a joined-up approach for clients across the region.”
Richard Rafique, Group Managing Director, commented: “Rish’s appointment is an important step in the continued growth of our asset management and property management services. As Bradley Hall expands nationally, we are placing greater emphasis on strengthening our property management offering alongside our wider commercial services, ensuring a consistent, integrated and well-coordinated approach across residential and mixed-use developments, and the wider commercial property spectrum. We are proud to combine property management, agency, valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews under one roof with one dedicated and expert point of contact.
“Clients increasingly want clear communication, strong oversight and a single point of contact who understands how developments operate in practice. Rish brings valuable experience in managing large and complex schemes, and will strengthen our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality management across our growing portfolio.”
Rish’s appointment comes during a period of sustained growth for Bradley Hall, as the firm continues to invest in its national network, technology and specialist teams. Bradley Hall now operates from 12 offices across the UK, supporting clients nationwide across a broad range of disciplines with almost 100 members of staff and 40 chartered surveyors covering services including Commercial and Residential Agency, RICS Valuations, Building Surveying, Property and Asset Management, Auctions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and Block & Estate Management.
