Full-service national property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has announced that it has valued over £1.2bn worth of property across its valuation, commercial and residential departments in 2025, a 20% increase from the previous financial year.
The firm, which has 11 offices across the UK, values properties for a range of clients and purposes including for lending, commercial agency, auctions and its estate agency operation.
Across Bradley Hall’s national network of offices, the firm is appointed to the majority of primary and secondary lenders including HSBC, Handelsbanken, NatWest, Yorkshire Building Society and Lloyds.

Established in 1988, Bradley Hall has experienced significant development under new leadership since 2015, increasing staff numbers by 400%. The company now has offices in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Gosforth, Sunderland, Northumberland, County Durham, Tees Valley, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Cumbria and Oxfordshire and is preparing to open further offices this year.
Its services include Commercial Agency, Valuations, Mortgages, Property Management, Estate Agency, Building Surveying, Lettings, Land and Development, Asset Management, New Homes and Auctions, which was launched last April and supports clients across the country to buy and sell via an online auction platform.
