The Leeds office of full-service property firm, Bradley Hall, has welcomed Henry Bowers as Agency Surveyor for Yorkshire.

Henry, who has spent the last two years working in the firm’s Newcastle office, is relocating back to his home county following the completion of his Real Estate degree and will be providing support to commercial clients across the region.

Bradley Hall’s Leeds office has focused primarily on Valuations since its opening in 2020 and is now preparing to expand its Commercial Agency services with the appointment of Henry.

Henry has spent time in both Commercial Agency and Property Management and has been appointed to oversee the sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial properties across Yorkshire in a move that reflects the growth of the firm and the requirements of its clients.

Henry Bowers, Agency Surveyor, commented on his new role: “I am pleased to be moving to our Leeds office to support commercial clients across the region.
