MEDIAWORKS APPOINTS SENIOR HEAD TO AUGMENT AFFILIATE OFFERING
One of the UK and Ireland’s largest independent digital marketing agencies, Mediaworks, has appointed Claire Lloyd as its new head of affiliates.

One of the UK and Ireland’s largest independent digital marketing agencies, Mediaworks, has appointed Claire Lloyd as its new head of affiliates.

Claire brings in-depth knowledge across sectors including retail, finance, travel, B2B and education. She will focus on bolstering Mediaworks’ current affiliate activity and is tasked with growing a team that will support current clients in their multi-channel paid marketing efforts.

Claire has over 11 years’ experience within the affiliate space, working with a host of household names across Europe, Asia and the US. She said: “It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining Mediaworks as a rapidly-growing, independent agency in the UK.

“I am very passionate about the depth of talent outside of London, particularly in the North, so the opportunity to work with and further develop members of staff across the group is a great bonus.”

The senior hires in the North West follows Mediaworks’ recent client partnerships with various brands including Leisure Lakes Bikes – recently acquired by JD Sports – Johnnie Johnson Housing, and United Utilities.

Mediaworks delivers a range of services across SEO, PPC, web dev, brand, content and digital PR. The rapidly growing agency currently has 200 staff across its six offices in Newcastle, Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester, London and as MWi in Dublin.

Claire will be predominantly be based in Mediaworks’ growing Manchester operations, where they have recently appointed Oliver Goldring as managing partner.
