National property firm supports sale of Gosforth land parcel
Bradley Hall, the region’s largest full-service property firm, has supported the sale and exchange of a large parcel of land in North Gosforth to a local housing developer.

Bradley Hall, the region’s largest full-service property firm, has supported the sale and exchange of a large parcel of land in North Gosforth to a local housing developer.

The land, which extends to 3.7 acres, has been sold to Northumbria Homes, a high-quality housebuilder based in the North East.

The site, located on Sandy Lane in Gosforth, holds planning approval for four executive homes and was sold to Northumbria Homes by Associate Director, Callum Armstrong.

Callum commented on the transaction: “It was a pleasure to support our clients to sell 3.7 acres of development land in North Gosforth to Northumbria Homes.

“This is a very popular area, with a number of new housing developments, independent businesses and national supermarkets taking space on and around Sandy Lane.

“Gosforth is a bustling suburb within a prime location north of Newcastle, and the site will create a number of new homes for residents in the local area.”

The site is located less than a mile from the A1 and three miles from the A19. Local transport links provide easy access into Newcastle City Centre and beyond.

Holly Hodgeson, Managing Director of Northumbria Homes, commented, “This acquisition continues our growth across the North East. Northumbria Homes works with Signal Construction and prides itself on creating high quality residential developments, our most recent scheme of 3-and-4-bedroom family homes in Murton Village is currently nearing completion with the last units remaining available.”

“We are delighted to make School House Court, as the scheme will be named, our next exclusive development. It will see us create something that is arguably not available elsewhere in Gosforth and provide unique homes that enjoy all the benefits the vibrant neighbourhood holds. Watch this space!”

Callum Armstrong continued; “At Bradley Hall, we work with housebuilders of all sizes, from independent builders to national firms, to support the production of high-quality new homes for buyers across the country.

“From initial interest in the site through to exchange and completion, we provide end-to-end support to both sellers and buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction on all land and development deals.”
