Bradley Hall senior appointments strengthen UK operations as national growth accelerates
National property consultancy Bradley Hall has announced a series of senior appointments and internal promotions which mark a new chapter in its expansion across the UK.

National property consultancy Bradley Hall has announced a series of senior appointments and internal promotions which mark a new chapter in its expansion across the UK.

The appointments strengthen the firm’s leadership team across key disciplines including commercial management, property services, auctions, valuations, and asset management.

The enhanced structure sees Richard Rafique appointed as Group Managing Director, leading the business’s nationwide operations and driving forward its integrated consultancy model. Richard will oversee the continued evolution of Bradley Hall’s commercial, management and valuation functions, ensuring the firm’s growing UK network works seamlessly as one unified platform.

Helen Wall has been confirmed as Managing Director of Auctions, following the rapid national growth of Bradley Hall Auctions. Helen’s leadership will see the auctions business continue to expand its reach across England and Wales, working with partner agents and corporate clients to deliver efficient disposal strategies and value‑led results.

Rish Rahane, appointed as Senior Block & Estate Property Manager, has joined to strengthen Bradley Hall’s Residential Block and Estate Management service. Rish’s experience managing complex, high‑value portfolios in London adds further depth to the firm’s growing asset and property management capability, complementing its full‑service approach to property advice.

Paul Andrew, Director for Yorkshire, leads the company’s expansion in Leeds and throughout Yorkshire region. His appointment links commercial agency, valuation, and professional services across Yorkshire and the wider Midlands – supporting Bradley Hall’s strategy of embedding senior professionals into every major UK market.

Graeme Scott, Head of Property Management Accounts, has been promoted to strengthen financial oversight, client reporting, and management efficiency across the company’s expanding property portfolio. This broader responsibility includes the integration of new lease renewals, rent reviews, and asset management processes to deliver sharper performance insight for clients nationwide.

Together, these appointments reflect Bradley Hall’s transition from regional strength to a fully national property consultancy. Under the leadership of Richard and the wider board, the firm is focused on scaling its multidisciplinary model and deepening service capability across the asset lifecycle – from acquisition and development through to management, valuation, lease advisory, and sale.

Commenting on the developments, Richard Rafique said: “The evolution of our leadership team is a major step in building a consultancy fit for the modern market. Each appointment adds fresh capability in core areas – data‑driven management, auctions, asset and property services, valuations, and regional growth.

“We have reached the point where our business needs to operate with the scale and sophistication of a national platform but maintain the local knowledge and agility that have always been our hallmark. These leaders bring the experience and drive to connect both.”

The firm continues to move away from traditional property‑sector silos, instead developing professionals who understand every stage of the property lifecycle. This holistic model allows clients to benefit from coordinated advice, consistent service, and genuine long‑term value creation across management, valuations, leasing, and investment.

Bradley Hall’s continued national expansion follows a period of sustained growth that has seen new and expanded offices across key regions including Newcastle, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Oxfordshire, supported by almost 100 property professionals and more than forty RICS Registered Valuers.

The firm is currently recruiting across its UK offices as it invests in further specialist expertise and leadership talent to support its long‑term growth strategy. For further details on available roles, visit https://bradleyhall.teamtailor.com/
