Growing national property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has announced the appointment of Richard Rafique as Group Managing Director.
Richard, who is a major shareholder of the business alongside Chief Executive Neil Hart and Group Director Peter Bartley, joined Bradley Hall in 2014 and previously held the role of Managing Director – Commercial. He will now oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s national network of offices and team of almost 100 property professionals.
Richard’s new role comes during a period of significant growth and national expansion for the commercial and residential firm. Following recent significant geographical and service line expansion, as well as a successful national graduate intake, Bradley Hall now employs almost 100 members of staff across a dozen offices and dedicated departments.

In addition to its long-standing services which cover Commercial Agency, RICS Valuations, Building Surveying and Property Management, the firm also added specialist departments including Auctions, Asset Management, Block and Estate Management, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews Residential Property Management and Business Rates.
As well as its established office network in the North East and Leeds the firm also launched offices in Oxfordshire, Manchester, Cumbria and Birmingham last year, and is set to expand further across Scotland, Yorkshire and the South West. The firm is also currently recruiting for over 20 jobs throughout its offices.
Richard sits on the Board of Directors alongside CEO Neil Hart, Group Director Peter Bartley, Group Marketing Director Cassie Moyse and Group Finance Director Paul Czerepok. The Board oversees the management of the firm’s people, departments, assets and SPV offices across its expanding UK footprint.
