Leading property firm Bradley Hall has appointed Chartered Surveyor Bryony Nixon as Property Consultant at its recently launched Birmingham office, as part of its strategic expansion across the West Midlands and UK.

With over 20 years of experience in valuation and retail acquisition for major UK and European retailers, including Specsavers and Monsoon, Bryony brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical expertise to the growing Birmingham team, led by Head of Office Phil Bartleet.

Bryony will focus on delivering valuation services to clients across the West Midlands. As a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Residential Valuer, and Domestic EPC Assessor, she offers a wide range of services including property valuations for probate, matrimonial disputes, lease renewals, and more.
