Planning has been granted for Robertson to build two-bedroom bungalows and three, four and five-bedroom homes on the six acre site close to Hobson Golf Club and Burnopfield Cricket Club.
Construction work on the development called Bowes Manor will start this month (July 2022) with the first completions expected by May 2023.
Robertson will include a range of its award-winning designs at Bowes Manor, including its signature Garden Room style homes which have proved highly popular with house buyers seeking additional, versatile space within their homes to use for home working or entertaining.
