Organisational health consultancy, Q5, has received three awards from the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.

Q5 has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ along with one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing ™, further solidifying its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Q5 have been recognised for putting the wellbeing of their employees at the top of their priority list and dedicating time and effort to ensuring that the physical and mental health of employees is fully supported.

The global consultancy has also been praised for offering employees the opportunity to upskill and progress, along with demonstrating the understanding that development is not a one size fits all approach.

George de Cintra, Principal Consultant, comments on his experiences at Q5, “I really value the emphasis that Q5 puts on learning and development. We have access to a diverse range of learning opportunities from best-in-class experts. Over the past few months alone I have attended a session in Milan on Generative AI, a leadership course in Shoreditch, and a virtual masterclass on data visualisation!”

Gillian Weekes, Global HR Director at Q5, had this to say: “We’re incredibly proud to be listed in the first UK Best Workplaces for Development. A company is only as strong as the individuals within it, and at Q5, we’re committed to providing excellent learning and development opportunities for both career and personal progression.”

In addition to being recognised for their commitment to development and wellbeing, Q5 have also been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ as a result of their dedication to enabling women to thrive in the workplace through initiatives such as their Women’s Health Network.

Over the past year, Q5 have introduced numerous new initiatives to solidify their commitment to ensuring a great workplace for all such as the Women’s Health Network, and internal panel discussions on topics like menopause, returning to work after having a child, fertility, and endometriosis, which are educational for both men and women.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK, adds, “Employee training and development isn’t just about teaching employees to do their jobs. It’s about showing employees they are valued and that there is a path of progression available.

“When employees don’t see opportunity, they don’t bring their best selves to work, and productivity and retention will be adversely impacted. Opportunities for learning and development are a crucial element of this success, which is why we’re so thrilled to be recognising this year, for the very first time, the UK’s best Workplaces for Development.

“We’re thrilled to recognise Q5 in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development, Women, and Wellbeing™. For seven years, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List has been tackling discrimination and removing barriers to women’s career advancement.

“Additionally, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list showcases organisations providing environments conducive to outstanding psychological, physical, financial, and social wellbeing. It’s no secret that by ensuring employees feel genuinely trusted and cared for, they are much healthier, productive and committed to the mission and purpose of the organisation. Congratulations to Q5 for making these prestigious lists!”
