Ingredients:
4 lime wedges
12 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar syrup Handful of Crushed Ice
50ml white rum
Golden ale, for topping up
Method:
1. Set aside one of the lime wedges, then squeeze the juice from the rest into a tall glass. Drop in the spent lime wedges and muddle using a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.
2. Set three of the mint leaves aside, then drop the rest into the glass along with the sugar syrup. Fill the glass with Crushed Ice, then pour over the rum. Stir upwards from the bottom using a long-handled spoon to evenly disperse the lime juice and mint.
3. Top up the glass with golden ale, then garnish the rim with the remaining lime wedge and scatter over the rest of the mint leaves.
Ingredients:
2-3 Super Cubes
4x tablespoons granulated sugar
1x red grapefruit (peel removed and cut into strips)
¼ habanero chilli (stemmed, with seeds left in)
60ml water
60ml red grapefruit juice
90ml Mexican style lager
Garnish: red grapefruit wedge, Tajin
Method:
1. In a jar, add the sugar and grapefruit strips, muddling until the mixture is sandy. Add the habanero and muddle until combined into the mixture. Add 60ml water and put the lid on the jar, shaking until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the syrup through a fine mesh strainer and set aside. 2. Fill a short glass with Super Cubes then add the grapefruit juice and a tablespoon of your freshly made syrup, stirring to combine. Gently stir in the beer.
3. To serve, sprinkle tajin over a wedge of red grapefruit and add to the glass.
Ingredients:
Handful of Party Ice
1x mini Corona / 330ml Corona
40ml tequila
20ml Triple Sec
20ml lime juice
Garnish: salt, lime wedge, lime wheel
Method:
1. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, triple sec and lime. Shake well to combine.
2. Rim the edge of your glass with a lime wedge and dip into salt to coat the rim.
3. Strain your cocktail into the glass and add an upturned mini corona or top up with a larger bottle. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy your Coronarita.
Ingredients:
1x bag of Polar Cube ice
200ml lemonade
200ml ginger ale
400ml lager
100ml elderflower liqueur
100ml lemon juice
Garnish: sliced citrus fruit
Method:
1. Fill your pitcher with Polar Cube ice. Add the lemonade, ginger ale, beer, lemon juice and elderflower liqueur to your pitcher.
2. Chop citrus fruit into wheels and stir into the pitcher.
3. To serve, fill your glasses with polar cube ice, pour in your sangria and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy your lemon shandy sangria.
