Ingredients:
Raw, peeled King Prawns
1 tbsp cooking oil of your choice
2 medium or 1 large onion, sliced
1 tin of tomatoes, plum or chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
4cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
Coriander leaves and julienned ginger to garnish
