Bradley Hall, a leading Northern property firm, has announced the promotion of three team members as the firm celebrates reaching 60 members of staff.

Bradley Hall, a leading Northern property firm, has announced the promotion of three team members as the firm celebrates reaching 60 members of staff.


Tamsin Swann, Callum Armstrong and Lauren Gill have all been promoted to senior positions, a reflection of their dedication and enthusiasm towards Bradley Hall.

Tamsin and Callum have been promoted to Associate Directors, while Lauren has become Branch Manager of Bradley Hall’s Durham office.

With nine branches across the UK, Bradley Hall has recently celebrated reaching 60 members of staff, as part of its five year growth plan.

Founded over 35 years ago, the firm prioritise supporting and promoting team members, many of whom have been with the firm for a number of years.

Neil commented: “I am pleased to be able to promote Callum, Tamsin and Lauren in their respective positions.

“We are a business that promotes career progression from within and the promotions reflect their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm to Bradley Hall.”

Callum began his working life as a placement student at Bradley Hall and has since risen through the ranks to become Associate Director within the Land and Development team. Following a recent expansion of the department, Callum now oversees the day-to-day work of the Commercial Agency and Land and Development teams.

Callum said: “I am grateful to the team at Bradley Hall for this promotion. Having been with the firm since my placement year at university, I have seen the business grow and develop and I am pleased to play a part in that development.

“I am grateful to Neil and the rest of the Board for this opportunity and look forward to establishing myself in my new position.”

Tamsin has also been with the firm for a number of years and works within the Property Management department, which offers end-to-end management services for private landlords, commercial site owners and local authorities.

Tamsin said: “I joined Bradley Hall just under 3 years ago as a Property Manager, since then I have passed my APC, and moved up the ranks to Senior Surveyor and I have now progressed onto Associate Director.

“I am grateful for the opportunities that Bradley Hall has provided me in my short time here. It’s full of great people and I look forward to my future here.” 

Lauren joined the business at just 16 years old as an apprentice and has worked in a number of roles before finding her niche working with residential clients in Durham and the surrounding area.

She commented on her promotion: “I have been with the business since I was just 16 and I am pleased to progress to Office Manager. There is lots happening in Durham and we work with some fantastic clients across the city and county, and I look forward to supporting them in the future.”

With branches in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Morpeth, Alnwick, Tees Valley, Gosforth, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham, Bradley Hall is a permanent fixture on key High Streets in the North East and beyond and offers a full-service approach to property.
