Kirtley Co. has become a partner of property, business and lifestyle magazine, Portfolio North throughout 2023. The firm joins other organisations including; Building Design Northern, Sunderland City Council, Inn Collection Group, Bradley Hall, UNW LLP and more.
Kirtley Co. offers a range of property services including commercial landlord facilities, property development, restorations, and renovations across Sunderland, Teesside, Durham and the wider North East.
The firm started as just one local man, Henry Kirtley, and has since grown to a multi-business collective from retail shops to storage units, gyms to patisseries. Kirtley Co. offers a range of commercial spaces to suit a wide range of business requirements. With 40 years of experience renovating and restoring, the family run business are experts in moving premises, commercial landlord offerings, and property development, restoration and renovation.
