Helen Wall, director of Bradley Hall Sunderland said: “I am delighted to have been made a director of Bradley Hall Sunderland after the great progression I have experienced in my short time here.
“The last few years have been a very exciting time for the company with a brand refresh, the announcement of ambitious growth plans for the next ten years and changes to the board; I am delighted to have been able to be part of the success the firm has achieved and has planned for the coming years.
“Sunderland has experienced a significant transformation in recent years with the redevelopment of the former Gilbridge Police Station, the creation of the award-winning City Hall and the transformation of Keel Square to name a few of the many successful projects.
“Sunderland City Council has established the framework for change across Sunderland and is revitalising the city centre to a fantastic standard to live, work and socialise across the city and the wider region.
“Sunderland is quickly transforming into a vibrant business district, and I am excited to be involved in the fantastic expansion plans that are in the pipeline.”
Since joining Bradley Hall, Helen has been appointed to market several recognisable and influential property instructions across Sunderland including the former Gilbridge Police Station, now known as The Yard, the historic Commissioners Building, and has also become the first of Sunderland BID’s corporate partners.
Neil Hart, group CEO at Bradley Hall said: “The promotion of Helen to director of our Sunderland operation supports the firm’s growth strategy to strengthen operations and grow our client base across Sunderland.
“I am confident that with Helen leading the Sunderland branch the expansion we have already seen in the area will continue under her leadership. The team in Sunderland currently cover residential and commercial property valuations, commercial agency, and residential agency but there is always room to grow our services further with the right people in the team.
“Helen has accumulated a large client base during her short time with us and she has also built a successful team within the Sunderland office that reopened when she joined us in 2021.
“We support a range of clients working with local and national organisations to support the regeneration and levelling up of the region. With Helen as director of Bradley Hall Sunderland, I have every confidence that the success of the last few years will continue and look forward to seeing what she does next.”
