North East based construction company Applebridge Family has launched a Customer Care division to bolster its commitment to growth and customer support.
As a group of eight construction companies, the Applebridge Family provides a range of construction disciplines within the residential, commercial and multi-utility sectors.
Through the last six years, the Middlesbrough business has grown exponentially, acquiring four new sections and growing its annual turnover year on year.
Customer Care Manager Ashleigh Allman has been recruited to head up the new division, which will reinforce Applebridge’s dedication to customer support. She said that over the next few months the team will visit customers to introduce themselves.
She added: “We are really eager to introduce ourselves and start to build vital relationships, we look forward to meeting you all soon!”
In her role, Allman be responsible for providing Applebridge customers with a direct line of contact should they require support after construction teams leave the site. The customer care team will then undertake all investigations to resolve any outstanding issues on projects.
Creating strong customer relations is Applebridge’s core mission and is embedded into the company ethos. The aim of the Customer Care division is to provide full accountability and further increase customer confidence in all services provided by the Applebridge Family.
Group Operations Director Andy Ray said: “In the past customers have had issues with knowing who to contact after Applebridge teams have left site, we wanted to provide a quality service that could really support customers even after concluding stages of a project.”
